My brother and I went to this Spa today. I was blown away by the experience and professionalism of the couple that owns this business. From the initial phone call to the experience we had today doing the Nortic cycle between the outdoor cold plunge tank and hot tub. I look forward to enjoying this more and expanding my experiences in other amenities they have. The float therapy looks interesting and so does the red light sauna. I highly recommend Synergy Float Spa

Much more relaxing than I expected. Actually I really didn’t know what all to expect, was a little reluctant at first. So glad I went! They’re so nice, explained everything, didn’t rush me, I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Perfect ending to a long day. Can’t wait for my next visit, booked on my way out. I love the atmosphere here, especially the tea room and outside courtyard. This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle (happy birthday again!) and it's been so nice chatting with her after my sauna sessions, and I can't wait to meet the rest of the staff. I feel well taken care of here and it's my time for relaxing and connecting with myself during all of my chaos throughout the week. I'm very grateful for synergy float spa!!!

First time ⏰ I found out about Synergy Float Spa 🧖 I was intrigued, then I went to do a tour and found it serene ☺️and welcoming. when I first 🏅did the float 💦 it was calming 🙃and quiet. You’re in 10 inches of water with as much as 800 pounds of Epson salt filtered clean 🧼 water 💦 I was impressed with the cleanliness 🧽 of the place. The shower 🚿 that you can shower off all the salt 🧂 afterwards I recommend using the ear 👂 drops this dries up the water in the ear 👂 or they have the option of you using earplugs 👂 the drops prevent water in the ear 👂 for two weeks. You can float 💦 with music 🎶 you can float 💦 with the light 💡 on or in complete darkness 🌚or with no music 🎼 I chose to do the no music 🎼 because I like the quietness in my mind 🧠 when you’re floating your body 👫relaxes on a deeper level and as the minutes 🕰️ go by at the end of your float 💦 after you shower 🚿 off and get dressed, you have the option of using hairdryers that are provided towels are provided. the lounge 🛋️ that you walk 🚶 into and relax after the spa 🧖‍♂️ offers herbal teas ☕️ and kombucha 🍹 The spa 🧖‍♀️ has a dry sauna a wet 💦 sauna a cold 🥶 plunge, a red light 🚥 therapy, a sound therapy and a magnetic 🧲 therapy. We attended a moon 🌕 yoga 🧘‍♀️ class at Synergy and enjoyed the samples from Juice Plus company for their super biome gut healer, I was amazed. Then we joined a sound bowl healing with Katrina, this was sooo peaceful floating 💦 in the chamber and listening to a healing sound 🎶 from crystal bowls 🥣 that heal the body and mind 🧠 Wow what an experience.

Went there for a date celebrating our anniversary looking for something different than just going out for dinner. It was a very nice experience. Very relaxing, very calm. We did the floating for 60 minutes, 30 minutes of acoustic and Lucia therapy and the AO infinity foot detox. We gave the day for this activity. We were not rushed, had time to have snacks in their beautiful patio and enjoy some tea and kombucha, we look forward to comeback soon to try more of their products. We want to do the magnetic therapy, the red light and the sauna with cold plunge.
I’ll also like to mention that the staff is amazing, very helpful and very nice. From the moment I called to make the reservation, they explained every single package that they offer and it’s benefits and gave us ideas on how to plan our date. When we arrived they greeted us very welcoming, they gave us a tour through the facility and explained each single therapy and gave us detailed instructions. The facility itself it’s a whole vibe. It makes you feel calm and relaxed. We live in Orlando but the drive is worthy..

Merritt Island is such a great place to live and or visit especially due to the wonderful businesses on the island. But there are few more awesome than Synergy float spa! If you decide to visit, you can expect great customer service, a blissful floating experience that, in my case, includes healing. (I personally experienced, on multiple occasions, healing while and after floating). And that's probably the thing that keeps me coming back for more. Floating here is like eating your favorite cookie, you can't have just one. 😊

We've had a few lovely experiences floating here and absolutely love it. This last time, Michelle was so helpful and kind to us and we really appreciated her hospitality. One of the things that sets this float spa apart from others I have been to is the beautiful outdoor patio and the lounge where you can relax after your service, which is such a nice bonus. I also love the different options for types of floats. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What a fantastic experience. Everything is considered down to the smallest detail. Very welcoming staff. This was my second float (first one was at the currently closed Soular Float in Melbourne) and I loved the cabin here rather than the pod I’d tried before. I could really spread out and not touch any walls. I did a 90 minute float and I left feeling like I got the best night of sleep of my life. Just felt rested and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

Just came from a wonderfully relaxing float at the Synergy Float Spa in Merrit Island. An absolutely peaceful and beautiful experience.
Loved the float in the indoor cabin. I will try the pod next session for a full sensory deprivation experience. All of the treatments for health and wellness look great. The outdoor zen garden is just delightful and you can enjoy some tea or kombucha and bask in the bliss from your treatment. Highly recommend this slice of paradise in a historic building in Brevard County’s Space! Coast. Veteran owned and it showcases other health and beauty products from local small businesses. It’s great to support our local business owners. 🧘🩵🧘‍♂️

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this float. I did have some severe muscle pain in my neck and radiating through my head for over four months and a one hour float has helped that pain dissipate. I also had ironically some clarity and for about 3 to 4 days I felt extremely energized but relaxed at the same time. I’ll definitely be going back . Chris and Jenn are the best by the way. This place has really helped me, I been suffering with fibromas on the bottom of my feet for about five years and it's been getting worse with time. I've been doing the foot detox and have had three sessions so far. I can honestly say my foot has not felt this good in years I'm not limping anymore and it doesn't hurt to stand. I know that the fibromas are not curable and I realize my job has me on my feet all day. Im hoping this will keep me relatively painfree and not limping. I look forward to some of the other modalities too

I went in not knowing what to expect honestly, but even then they completely exceeded my expectations! the entire experience was amazing. from the moment i walked in, the environment was so calming, i was welcomed by a super sweet front desk assistant and given a full tour of the place where i saw the red light therapy and the cold plunge to sauna which i made a mental note to make sure i do, then i was taken to my float pod. it was so cool, she explained to me the whole process and told me how to use the float pod. i ate a little mint, put in my ear plugs and got in. i chose to do lights off and sound off. I have never felt so relaxed. also i was a little skeptical i would actually float but like i was completely afloat without any effort! after i finished and washed off the salt water i was able to go inside and use their after amenities where i used some lovely face moisturizer and dried my hair. then i sat in the lounge and have a cup of big dog kombucha (shout out big dog i love them!!) overall an amazing experience and i cannot recommend it enough! ive already told so many people including my parents who went to experience it for themselves and loved it just as much!! i felt relaxed for days after 🤍

Had an interesting date night with my love this week. We went for a couples float @synergyfloatspa I cannot lie we were a little nervous. We enjoyed our float and came out very relaxed. They have several tanks and a wide range of therapies. Jenny took complete care of us and chatted with us a bit after our float. We enjoyed some nice mint tea , regained our bearings and were ready for the outside world again. All night my husband couldn’t quit noticing the softness of our skin and the positive vibes we both felt. Will be back!
